The Development Path Of College-graduate Village Officials In The Northern Areas Of Jiangsu Province

The policy of the village officials, set by the CPC and the State is the strategic decisions aiming at introducing talents to the countrysides, developing modern agriculture and building a new socialist countrysides. Up to now, village officials have become a powerful force in the economic construction, the cultural construction andthe infrastructure construction of the village, and made great contribution. How to deal with the issues related to the village officials properly is crucial to the healthy growing of the village officials' group and the reasonable use of the talents. So the study “the conditionality factors of the village officials' growing path” has both the theoretical and practical significances.This paper takes the county A in the north of Jiangsu as the research sample, adapting the methods such as the questionnaire surveys, interviews, and individual experiences. By sorting and analyzing the information, some common features among these village officials are found: far away from the peasant, in the liberal arts background, and low-paid, etc. By the research, some feasible suggestions can be carried out, such as defining the identity position of the village officials, selecting “entrepreneurial” and “professional lip-synching” village officials and making the project “blood transfusion”, etc.This research will provide some references and suggestions about the healthy growing of the village officials' group and supervising these village officials in the County A. Indeed, because some limitation of researching conditions and my ability, there are some deficiencies, which will be further or developed in the future, study.
