The Research On Work Mobility And Growth Path Selection Of College Student Village Officials

Since 2008,Fujian Province has actively implemented the policy of promoting college students and village officials,guiding and encouraging college graduates to face grassroots employment.It has been implemented throughout the province for more than 10 years.At present,the college student village official has become a strong force at the grassroots level,and has made obvious contributions to the economic construction,cultural construction,and infrastructure construction of the new countryside.However,in the course of the implementation of the policy of college student village officials,there are also some problems to be solved,such as the problem of the mobility of college student village officials and the choice of growth path.The college student village officials who continue to study and study also face the problem of re-employment.To properly solve the problem of working fluidity and the choice of growth path for college students 'village officials is of great importance to the construction,management and use of the ranks of college students' village officials.It is also related to the healthy and lasting development of the college student village official policy.Based on the analysis,summary and arrangement of relevant documents in the past,this paper studies the present situation of 103 samples in shaxian county by means of literature method,interview method,questionnaire method and typical examples.To prove the connection between the flow of will and the path of growth,I have further identified the problems faced by college students and village officials in terms of their growth path,including the fierce competition for civil servants,the low number of rural employees who have taken root,the serious situation of independent entrepreneurship,and the lack of obvious advantages in entering enterprises and continuing their studies.The content of this study is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction,which describes the research background and significance in detail,and lists the domestic and foreign literature referenced in this paper;the second part first clarifies several concepts related to this article,and then systematically and comprehensively expounds the theoretical basis;the third part is the analysis of the status quo of Shaxian university student village officials,and in-depth analysis.The fourth part is a questionnaire survey,,the flow path and the flow direction;the fifth part is an empirical analysis of the factors affecting the willingness to move of College Students' village officials;the sixth part is to put forward countermeasures in light of the actual situation in Shaxian.
