A Study About Xi Jinping’s Thoughts On The Cadre Education And Train

Cadres are the backbone of the Chinese communist party’s ruling team, attaching a great importance of the cadre education and training, is traditional advantage in politic and successful experience of the communist party of China. At present, when facing on the complicated and changeable international and domestic situation, it’s urgently that a high quality of the cadres which is struggling with the new historical features is necessary. This research guided by the Marxism, As Jinping Xi’s series of important speech spirit for main references. The study of Jinping Xi’s cadre education training thought, is not only a theoretic contributed to study of Jinping Xi’s ruling party construction theory deeply, but also a deeply research on Chinese communist party’s construction theory especially in party’s cadre education and training ideas.This research also has a certain practical significance to promote the cadre education and training work.In order to research, we need to refer to documents, compare ideas, analyze the history and so on. It begin with the different conditions about Jinping Xi’s cadre education training and thoughts.Then we explored the main idea and main contents of it.At last,we analyzed the characteristics and significance of Jinping Xi’s cadre education and training ideas.This study proved that Jinping Xi’s cadre education and training thought is a rich and complete ideological system.It includes five mainly aspects:the first one is the strategic significance of cadre education and training under the new task and situation;the second is to develop "good cadre" as the standard of the cadre education training objectives, the third is to build a content system that as party spirit education for the core of the training, the forth is as reform and innovation for motivation to improve the scientific level of cadre education and training, the fifth is stick to the correct direction of running a school. This study proposed, Jinping Xi’s cadre education and training thought presents many characteristics,such as the outstanding ideological content, emphasis on integrity, attaches great importance to the innovation, emphasize strictly etc. Generally speaking, Jinping Xi’s cadre education and training thought, summarized the Communist Party of China’s cadre education and training theory and practice experience. It is the latest theoretical achievements of Marxism-Leninism, Maoism and The Socialist Theories with Chinese Characteristics in cadre education and training. It’s also enriched and developed the cadres of the Communist Party of China Education and training theory, promoted the perfection and development of Communist Party of China’s cadre education and training theory. Provided a guide to action to innovate the Communist Party of China Education and training.
