| The Twentieth National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)plans the development goal for the next five years and a period of time to build a socialist modern power and promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation through Chinese-style modernization.After our political line has been decided,cadres will play a key and decisive role in this process.Under the grand blueprint of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way,it is of great significance to strengthen the education and training of cadres in the new era and build a cadre team that is politically competent,able to meet the needs of the new era and capable of leading the modernization drive.At present,we have not only proposed to build a learning country,but also to build a learning society and a learning party.Our Party and the state have also taken the work of cadre education and training to a new level.However,from the practical work,it is not difficult for us to have problems such as inadequate ideological understanding,inadequate overall management,inadequate organization and implementation,and inadequate element protection.The learning organization theory is a modern management theory with advanced concepts.It has not only been widely used in enterprises,but also can be used for reference in party and government organs,institutions and other organizations.It has the value and significance of in-depth research and development.This paper is based on the learning organization theory,takes the cadre education and training in P city as the research object,uses literature research,interview survey,questionnaire survey,field survey,etc.to study the current situation and existing problems in P city,combines the learning organization theory,analyzes the reasons from the "five disciplines" dimension of Peter Senge’s self-transcendence,and explores the use of the "five disciplines" theory to provide solutions,It will further improve the targeted effectiveness of the cadre education and training in P city,and also provide reference for the party and government organs to use the learning organization theory to improve their own construction.This paper is composed of six parts.The first part is the introduction.Starting from the research background,reality and theoretical significance,it combs and analyzes the research situation at home and abroad,elaborates the research content and methods,as well as the innovation and shortcomings.The second part starts with the relevant basic theories,explains the concept meaning of cadre,cadre education and training in detail,and puts forward the theoretical research basis of learning organization.The third part analyzes and introduces the general situation of cadres in P City,the main practices and results of cadre education and training in P City,and analyzes the current situation of cadre education and training in P city through questionnaire survey and interview survey.The fourth part points out the problems existing in P City based on the current situation,and analyzes the causes with the theory of learning organization.The fifth part puts forward the countermeasures of strengthening and improving the cadre education and training in P city.The sixth part is the conclusion part,which summarizes and looks forward to the full text. |
