Research On Lenin's Thought Of Talents And Its Contemporary Value

At present,China's economy is coming into “the new normal”,the characteristics of “the new normal” is the high speed,excellent structure,new power and multi challenge.Adapting to “the new normal” needs to implement innovation-driven development strategy.And as an important support to achieve the new strategy,the talent's importance will become even more prominent.Facing the new challenge and the new opportunity,the period of strategic opportunity,which needs to promote the innovation of the talent work and “the new normal” of the talent work,is to adapt to“the new normal” of economics.Therefore,we should adapt to the situation firmly seize opportunities;and meet challenges,so that people can have a new job.On the basis of inheriting Marx and Engels' s thought of talents,Lenin formed and developed his talent thought in the practice of socialist revolution and construction in Russia.Lenin's thought of talents contains rich contents,including selection of personnel,personnel training,use of talent and love for people and providing tremendous talent power for Russian socialism revolution and construction,so that Russia has made remarkable achievements.Although there are great differences between China and Lenin's period of Russia,but there are still many similarities in social development process and talent work,as well as the dilemma of cultural constraints.Therefore,in-depth study of Lenin's thought of talents has help to provide theoretical guidance for China's current personnel work.To China for talent team construction,completion of a comprehensive well-off society and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,it has important practical significance.In this paper,the purpose is studying Lenin's thought of talents,respectively of Lenin's thought of talents produced the era background and theory origin and its main content and practice of analysis and discussion,by using the method of literature research,historical analysis and inductive analysis method and system research method,in order to comprehensively and systematically master Lenin's thought of talents,and to explore its contemporary value.This paper is mainly divided into the following three parts:The first part mainly expounds the historical background and theoretical origin of Lenin's thought of talents,including the international background of Lenin'sthought of talents and the domestic situation of Russia and to explore the contribution of Marx and Engels' s thought of talents to the formation of Lenin's thought of talents.Lenin's thought of talents as a scientific and complete theoretical system,not only reflects the worldwide environment under the background of the objective need,is also the Russian proletariat revolution and socialist construction reality inevitable product.On the basis of inheriting Marx and Engels' s thought of talents,Lenin constantly summed up and developed his thought of talents with his own experience,and gradually formed a complete talent thought system.The second part discusses the main content and practice of Lenin's thought of talents.This article analyzes the content of Lenin's thought of talents from four aspects,including the selection,cultivation,use and protection.Lenin attached great importance to talent selection,and developed clear principles and standards for the selection of personnel,and according to the development of the situation,he continue to widen the selection range and innovation selection methods.Lenin also believes that a large number of people must be trained to promote the revolution and national economic development.He put forward to instill and learn two ways to cultivate and create a suitable environment to promote personnel training;In addition,Lenin also stressed the importance of the correct use of talent,and pointed out that the rational placement of talent and resolutely oppose waste of talent;At the same time,Lenin also attaches great importance to care for people,not only life's care about people,but attention about the health of human body.The third part mainly analyzes the contemporary value of Lenin's thought of talents.Firstly,this part clarifies the theoretical value of Lenin's thought of talents,it not only enrich and develop the Marxist talent theory system,but also provides the theoretical basis for the construction of talent team,and it form the basis for talent theory system with Chinese characteristics.Secondly,according to the content of Lenin's thought of talents selection,training,use and care professionals it is from the perspective of perfecting the talent mechanism,carrying out the strategy of talent powerful nation strategy,practicing scientific talent view and focusing on the state of talents,it explains the realistic guiding significance for China.
