Study On The Problem Of Cross-border Pursuit Of Our Country From The Perspective Of International Law

With the continuous improvement of the level of economic development in our country, number of cross-border fled, and the transfer of property happened new changes. In this at the same time, means and method of China's cross-border pursuit also increases, and our country in practice generally use such as "rendition" and "repatriation" and other measures. Although these measures produced positive results, but these measures have their own defects and deficiencies that may impact of cross-border pursuit of efficiency.This paper mainly focuses on the following aspects launches the elaboration: first, the cross-border pursuit of the evolution and the perpetrators fled the harm to a country of political, economic and legal aspects; second, a detailed analysis of the cross-border pursuit shall follow the principles of international law and under the guidance of the principles of International Law International organizations and regional organizations for cross-border pursuit of a series in view of the measures and on how to strengthen cross-border cooperation in pursuit, and analyze these treaties to of China's cross-border pursuit of work produced positive effect as well as the inspiration. Third, analysis of the characteristics of China's existing cross-border pursuit measures and advantage in the pursuit of practice. Fourth, in the light of the present situation of China's cross-border pursuit of measures, analysis of the problems existing in China's cross-border pursuit of measures, such as: extradition principle of China's cross-border pursuit of influence, repatriation measures such as convergence is not consistent, for these in the pursuit of practical problems in the article put forward own suggestions and views, to China's cross-border pursuit of work better development and enhance the pursuit of efficiency. At the same time, to improve the legislation related measures of our country, there will be legal and institutionalized to cross-border pursuit. Therefore, the study of the cross-border pursuit of measures, for the effective promotion of relevant international law theory is deepening and the anti-corruption work has important theoretical significance and practical value, to the country's economic and social development has great significance.
