The Research On Condition Of Endowment Service Of Urban Community

With the speeding up of the urban aging process, the number of older people is rising, bringing a huge pension burden to the society. Traditional way of pension due to defects in itself, has been unable to meet the demand of the growing pension, urban community endowment service came into being, and spread quickly in urban communities. But the community endowment service is still in the exploratory stage and will encounter great challenge. The government should pay more attention to the question, put forward improvement measures and ensure the smooth progress in community endowment service.This study take day care centers for example in J city. From four aspects to study the present situation of the urban community endowment service.The four aspects is that endowment service object, pension service content, pension service personnel and the service provider. By comparing the community endowment service matching degree between demand and supply, the elderly pension service satisfaction to evaluate the effect of day care center pension services, then from the present situation of the service and the service effect two aspects discovered the problems existing in the urban community endowment service. Respectively is the government subsidy funds limited and slow released, it is difficult to maintain the day care center's daily operation; Community function is not sufficient; Day care center positioning inaccurate; Staff positions set unreasonable, lack of pre-job training; Personnel wage arrears serious; Pension service project and design is not reasonable price, the five aspects of problem seriously restricts the development of day care centers.To solve above problems, this study will from the government, social organizations, professional community three aspects put forward reasonable Suggestions, first at the government level, increasing the subsidy amount; breaking tax to encourage market in services; strengthen the supervision of pension services. Then at the community level, to improve the participation of community. Finally on the professional service organization level, to improve the service project design precision, establishing reasonable service price; On-demand set positions, security personnel salary; Volunteer service team, set the power of the social from all walks of life in order to ensure the development of community endowment service.
