On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Food Safety Government Supervision In Wenzhou

Food safety is an important responsibility of the government.The thesis is based on the food safety regulation of Wenzhou, take scientific research methods, apply advanced experience of food safety regulatory system abroad, analyze the existing shortcomings in Wenzhou and forward counter-measures. This article is divided into four chapters altogether, the main research work is as follows:(1) Introduction. This part mainly expounds the study background and the purpose and significance of this study, and the research status at our country and abroad which is make a brief analysis.(2) This session is about the concept of food safety and the government regulation theory.(3) This session makes a deep analysis on the causes of problems, through to the current regulatory system in Wenzhou.(4) This part base on the specific regulatory model representative of advanced regulatory experience abroad, for example, the food safety regulation system of American, the law system and the food standard of Union, the food traceability system of Japan Etc.(5)Strengthen the supervision of food safety countermeasures in Wenzhou. Mainly from the improvement of laws and regulations, improve the food safety regulatory mechanism, build food safety socialization management model Etc.
