Social identity, as the concentrated reflection of the beliefs, values and action orientation, holding in common by members of the society, is the basis of social solidarity and the value sources of social harmony and stability. At present, our country is in the period of social transformation, being active, value diversity, all kinds of conflicts of interest and complex social conflicts intertwined, has given rise to various identity crisis of social members, characterized by a lack of personal belonging, the loss of the sense of meaning and the accumulation of individual anxiety and the disorder of social values.In recent years, the CPC central committee attaches great importance to the development of the young civil servants at the grass-roots level, the number of young civil servants at the grass-roots level have increased significantly, which strengthen the party's team and showed the importance of strengthening the ideological and political work of youth civil servants at the grass-roots level.In the face of the development and changes of Party's central task in the new period, the special status of young civil servants at the grass-roots level, the current state of life and their stage characteristics of own development, especially to harmony relationship between government officials and masses, solve the outstanding problems that exist in the current cadres, deepen reform of the cadre and personnel system, etc, which put forward the new requirements to strengthen the ideological education of young civil servants at the grass-roots level. Therefore, to study the social identity of young civil servants at the grass-roots level is necessary and imminent.It's mainly analyzing from six aspects, including grass-roots civil servants' core values, the Party's ruling capability, cognition and execution of policies, our professional status, the distribution of interests, the identification of external presentation, to probe into the influence factors of young grass-roots civil servants' social identity.According to the analysis of the current situation and the influence factors of young civil servants'social recognition at the grass-roots level, this paper, which from the perspective of ideological and political education, provides insight into ways respectively from three aspects: individual, organization and society. First of all, the individual level from consolidating the position of the mainstream ideology, consciously thinking and reflecting on the external behavior, enhancing the sense of responsibility and the concept of the people upon our minds. Secondly, the organizational level from carrying out the positive functions of ideology, tightening up the mechanism of team management training, perfecting a scientific assessment and promotion mechanism, perfecting related compensation and welfare system, and attaching great importance to the construction of the soft environment at grass roots; Finally, the social aspects from constructing a harmonious relationship between government officials and masses at the grass-roots level, improving the ability of consensus guidance, paying attention to take the energy from the traditional culture, absorbing foreign scientific results, etc, to explore guiding countermeasures.
