Young Pioneer Counselors,as ideological educators for children,are the most important force to carry out the work of young pioneers.At present,most of the young pioneer counselors are part-time teachers who undertake the teaching task of a certain subject,and most of the squadron counselors are class teachers.The diversity of roles and the complexity of responsibilities will affect their recognition of the professional role of young pioneer counselors,affect the effectiveness of the work of young pioneers,and then affect the growth and development of young children.Therefore,the study of young pioneer counselors' professional identity is of great significance.Taking Wuhai as an example,this study investigates the professional identity of Young Pioneer Counselors with the theme of "Young Pioneer Counselors' Professional Identity",understands the status quo of young Pioneer Counselors' professional identity,analyses the relevant factors affecting young Pioneer Counselors' professional identity,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The introduction part of this paper expounds the research background,research significance,concept definition,literature review,theoretical basis and research design.The social identity theory and self-identity theory provides theoretical support for the research.In addition,reviewing the existing research on young pioneer counselors' professional identity,we can understand the current research progress in this field and find the breakthrough point of this study.In the second part,through recycling and analyzing questionnaires,it is found that young pioneer counselors' professional identity level is generally high,but there are differences in the levels of various dimensions.The average score of professional values is the highest,followed by professional behavior tendency,the sense of occupational belonging,and the lowest score of role values.At the same time,the differences of young pioneer counselors' professional identity under different background variables were analyzed,and it was concluded that there were significant differences in the four aspects: school area,school type,counselor level and job nature;there were no significant differences in gender,age,length of service and title.On this basis,the status quo is summarized and the preliminary reasons are analyzed.In the third part,through further interviews with Young Pioneer Counselors,it is found that the influencing factors of Young Pioneer Counselors' professional identity mainly come from three aspects: society,organization and individual.Social factors include lack of social recognition and incentive system;organizational factors include multiple role pressures,attention from superior leaders,inadequate training coverage and uneven allocation of resources;personal factors are mainly improper vocational motivation and low professional literacy.The fourth part elaborates countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects: society,organization and individual.In the social aspect,we should establish a correct educational concept to improve professional prestige;establish an evaluation system to provide institutional guarantee.In terms of organization,we should strengthen the training of professionals to assign roles properly;play a leading and exemplary role to stimulate enthusiasm for work;provide opportunities for participation in training to promote professional development;allocate resources reasonably and effectively to meet job needs.On the personal side,we should set up correct career motivation to enhance responsibility consciousness;explore professional growth path to improve professional accomplishment.
