Young civil servants at the grass-roots level are an important part of the civil service system in China.They play an important role in the work of the Party and the government,and shoulder the important task of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in the new era.The improvement of the quality of life of young civil servants at the grass-roots level is very important.It not only relates to the orderly and efficient promotion of organizational work in a certain region,but also affects the level of administrative ability and efficiency of the government.It is also closely related to the vital interests of the grass-roots people and the development of various undertakings.In this study,the quality of working life of grass-roots young civil servants was taken as the research object,and the quality of working life of 1080 grass-roots young civil servants was investigated and analyzed by online electronic questionnaires and offline paper questionnaires.Firstly,the current situation of the quality of working life of young civil servants at the grass-roots level is studied.The research shows that the overall quality of working life of young civil servants at the grass-roots level is in the lower middle level,especially in the salary level,work and leisure opportunities,promotion and development,self-realization and other aspects of low scores.Secondly,the research hypothesis is verified by exploring the differences in demographic variables of the quality of work life of grass-roots young civil servants and the correlation analysis with various influencing factors.The results show that:(1)In demographic variables,there are significant differences in gender,marital status and educational level of young civil servants at grass-roots level.Female grass-roots young civil servants have a better sense of quality of working life than male civil servants.Unmarried young civil servants have a better quality of working life than unmarried ones.The overall quality of working life of young civil servants with bachelor's degree is the best.(2)In various factors,salary level,promotion and development,mental health,physical health and working environment are the main and significant indicators affecting their work quality of life,and have a positive impact.Based on the above research results,combined with the current situation and influencing factors of the quality of working life,in order to better improve the quality of working life of young civil servants at the grass-roots level,the following suggestions and countermeasures are put forward: first,through the implementation of an effective incentive performance system,to create a good career development mechanism,to construct an effective incentive environment;second,through the construction of a clean and healthy foundation.The third is to create a healthy individual development space by guiding young civil servants at the grass-roots level to do a good job in self-health management and self-psychological adjustment.
