In the context of the increasing globalization of modern people,continuous improvement of learning,work and life style to adapt to the high rhythm and high competition,at the same time,the pressure is increasing.Job burnout has attracted more and more attention in many common diseases of modern society.According to the China Human Resources Network released the "China workplace burnout status survey report" shows that civil servants job burnout is among the best in the exchange industry.And statistics show that the turnover rate of civil servants is less than zero point five percent,higher burnout and lower turnover is a contradiction,which is caused by the internal efficiency of civil servants is an important reason.Therefore,it is urgent to alleviate the job burnout of civil servants,and how to effectively change this phenomenon is worthy of our thinking.This paper takes the form of questionnaires and structured interviews from small and large,analysis of the current situation of occupation burnout of grass-roots civil servants in our country,in-depth analysis of the cause of civil servants occupation burnout level and presents the method to improve the occupation burnout,to promote the healthy development of China's grass-roots civil servants into contribution.This thesis consists of five parts:Chapter 1 introduction.In the introduction,the author expounds the background and significance,the domestic and foreign research status,research framework,research methods and the main innovation points and deficiencies.The second chapter is the theoretical basis of civil servants' job burnout.First of all,analyze the concept of civil servants and civil servants;the concept of occupation burnout;secondly,compare and analyze the difference between occupation burnout and pressure;finally explains the related theory,two factor theory,resource theory,job matching theory.The third chapter:the current situation of civil servants' job burnout in Laiwu.This is part of the civil service court of Laiwu city as an example,select the depth interview and questionnaire survey to carry out part of the civil service,a comprehensive analysis from the grassroots court civil servants gender and age,education,work experience,job level six aspects,summed up the basic level of Laiwu City Court Civil service status occupation burnout.The fourth chapter analyzes the reasons of the job burnout of civil servants at the basic level.Based on the content of literature and structured interview,from three main aspects:the individual level,organizational level,social level to analyze the reasons of grass-roots civil servants job burnout.In the fifth chapter,on the basis of in-depth analysis of the job burnout of the grass-roots civil servants,this paper puts forward the Countermeasures of the individual level,organizational level and social level,which can alleviate the job burnout of civil servants.
