| According to the definition by World Health Organization(WTO), an aging country refers to that the population over 60 years old accounts to 10% of the whole population, which means that China entered the aging country in 2001 based on this criteria. As eastern China's developed areas, Shanghai took the lead in entering the aging society in 1979. Guangzhong road residential district in Hongkou district is one of the most crowded districts in Shanghai, and the old over 60 years old has accounted to over 30%. Moreover, the old in this area has low pension income and community endowment is under huge pressure under the background of aging before rich.The index evaluation system of community endowment performance evaluation was built through literature retrieval and introducing UML computational modeling method by the author. The field survey of main endowment modes was performed in Guangzhong road residential district, including family endowment, home-based endowment and institution endowment(non-profit, non-government organizational and profit). The performance evaluation of community endowment was based on the modeling.Through building the index evaluation system of community endowment, we want to try to use the minimal social resources to realize the maximum achievements of community endowment. Besides, we want to make some active and useful explorations to better solve the endowment problems in high aging communities and recommend relative ripe experience of community endowment. |
