Study On Food Safety Supervising Actuality And Path Of Our Country After The Super-ministries Reform

In recent years, food safety issues are causing the deep thinking of the social from all walks of life for food safety. Food safety regulatory experience since the super-ministries reform, China's food safety regulation has both improve and there are all kinds of problems. This article mainly from the perspective of the public management to explore the patterns of the food safety supervision and management,in order to food safety regulatory maximum utility.This article from the analysis of the theoretical basis of food safety regulation,the study of food safety supervision and its constituent elements, as well as the historical evolution of food safety regulation in China and the content and the shortcomings of the regulation of comb. Taking N city food safety regulation, analysis of the causes of the current situation, problems and pointed out the defects and shortcomings of universality. This paper also analysis the western advanced experience of developed countries food safety regulation, on the basis of the theory of public goods, public participation theory is proposed to further improve the pattern of diversity in governance of food safety supervision. Pattern of diversity in governance is a regulation under the government leading, enterprise, industry associations, social organizations, media and citizen subject their work, so as to realize the social work of food safety.
