Culture,which is the nutrition that breed a nation up and also is the place that people’s spiritural life generated.The Communist Party of China puts the emphasis on the Construction of Cultural Power in the18th CPC National Congress one more time,which established a solid strategy to promote the construction of the step Construction of Cultural Power.In nowadays,Our grass roots governance model were change from the street into the community system ranking system,the word of "The Construction of Community Culture in Urban Areas" has becoming a hot issue among the public.Community as the habitat of residents’ daily life,which importance of increassing dramatically in the awareness of public.In the meantime,the desires of people of culture was connected with community intensively,which is also played a important palce in the administation of the state.Thus,Advance the culture development start from the community can bring us a new idea with development.Firsly,the author this dissertation analysed the fundamental of China that including the economic environment and social development based on the Marxist principles. And then,find out the ways of culture construction combine the background with community in urban areas.In order to integrate the Construction of Cultural Power and the construction of urban community culture,and searth the most efficient way to advance the program of Culture.The chapter2explained the conception of the Construction of Culture Power" and "the Construction of culture in the urban community" detailedly,and then analysed the connections between them.Based on these,the author of this dissertation analysed the problems in the construction of culture in the urban community from4aspects which is the subject the objects the content and the mode of that in chapter3.Finally,in chapter4,the author provided the solutions to the construction of culture in urban community correspondingly which gave government amount of advices in the construction of culture in urban community detailedly in4aspects which mentioned above.
