Research On The Improvement Of The Education And Training System Of Cadres

The CPC has always attached great importance to the education and training of cadres, training a great number of excellent party and governmental leading cadres, having initially constructed a law system and management system with Chinese characteristics on the education and training of cadres, and established through exploration an operation system with Chinese characteristics on the education and training of cadres. However, under such condition when domestic reform and development tasks are arduous and onerous while international situation is versatile and complex, shortages in the education and training system of cadres have been exposed. Therefore, how to improve the cadre education and training system under the context of new normal has become the research emphasis of this thesis.This thesis fist analyses and states the new requirement of new normal on the education and training system of cadres from perspectives including target location, content determination, path selection, and macro-management, outlining the current situation of the education and training system of cadres in China, based on which it analyses major problems and their sources in education and training system of cadres. Secondly, it focuses on the analysis and conclusion of education and training experiences of cadres in the US, Singapore, Beijing, Dongying, N city and J department, summing up the experience and inspiration of improving the education and training of cadres in the context of new normal. And in the end, it proposes strategy including establishing and improving law system, constructing top-level design training system, establishing a good operating system, expanding the content of innovation, setting up the concept of lifelong learning and customizing personal education and training plan to the improvement of education and training system of cadres in the context of new normal at macro, meso, and micro levels on the basis of the research above.This thesis aims to help to solve the problems existing in education and training system of cadres and provide new thoughts to improve education and training system of cadres through the research upon the improvement of China's education and training system of cadres in the New Normal period.
