Food is the paramount necessity for people and safety is the prim ary care needed to be considered. Food security problem not only related to both life and health of people, but also related to the development of s tability and harmony of society.The Chinese government has always attached gr eat importance to the regulation of food safety. For exam ple, the Chinese g overnment has strengthened the construction of legislation on the supervision of food safety, and it has been strict the enforcement of law supervision.Food safety regulation is also achieved som e excellent results. However, the current food s ecurity situation remains severe.Food safety incidents emerge in an endless stream,for example, Guangzhou "cadmium rice",An Hui Xiao Xian disease pork,OSI events and so on.The main thing is to seek the most effective way to solve the problem of food safe safety.We must seek the m ost effective way to solve the problem of food safety actively. Therefore,based on the basic theory of the interpretation of food safety regulation, this paper analyses legislation and normative of China's food safety regulatory laws,and puts forward the main problems of food safety supervision in China.
