A Study On The Information Disclosure System Of Food Safety Supervision In China

Food safety related to people’s health and life safety, it is a matter of nationaleconomic development and social stability and harmony. Currently, the problem of foodsafety has become one of the outstanding problems facing the development of Chinesesociety. Investigate its reason, the food safety information disclosure system is not soundis the key factor to the food safety incidents. Every country attaches great importance tothe information disclosure while supervising food safety. China’s new food safety law andits implementing regulations on food safety information disclosure system has also maderelevant provision, but the system still exist in such aspects as system design and theoperation need to standardize and perfect. This article through to the present status ofinformation disclosure in our country food safety regulation to carry on the analysis, findout the existing problems, and then according to the improvement of the specific problemsput forward the corresponding countermeasures.This article is divided into four parts, the information disclosure system in ourcountry food safety regulation system in detail.The first part of food safety regulation of information disclosure system weresummarized, including food safety regulatory system for the information to the public inrelevant concepts, theoretical basis and to establish the necessity of the system and so onthree aspects.The second part mainly analyzes the status quo of information disclosure in China’sfood safety regulation, specific information from the food safety supervision main body,methods and implementation of the status quo, this paper expounds in detail the threeaspects.The third part according to the present situation of the information to the public infood safety regulation points out that the information disclosure system of food safetysupervision in our country in open public subject, scope, way and supervision system and remedy the deficiencies.The fourth part in view of our country food safe supervising and managing in theinformation public existence concrete question proposed consummates in our country foodsafe supervising and managing the information public countermeasure suggestion.
