| Since the 18 th national congress of communist party of China, innovating service system of social management is a key task of our country. As the basic units of government that providing public service, communities undertakes mountains of work about reforming and transferring governmental functions. As a medium in innovating service system of social management, communities have played an essential role. So,actively promoting innovation of community management is imperative. In particular, the traditional city community management model unable to meet needs of development of social management in a market economy.Therefore, there are important realistic significance for solving the problems of city management, satisfying the diversified demands of inhabitants and setting-up of new system of community management for researching the model of community management. Through applying to the internet and information technology, the grid model of community management that have complete system and universal coverage was improving and forming in some developed city such as BeiJing and ShangHai. And that was spreading to the whole country.Integrating the research project of innovating social management, this research selects the Jia YuGuan of Gansu province as object and the documentation analysis, case study and interview as the method to study the grid model of community management in Jia YuGuan. The concepts about grid management of community such as community,community management, grid, grid management. And the problems of grid community management of Jia YuGuan will be discovery through studying the practice situations of carrying out the grid community management at Jia YuGuan. This research will give some thoughts and countermeasures through analyzing what might cause those problems in grid community management. The research about grid community management of Jia YuGuan should accelerate perfecting and developing grid community management, and provide references for other cities. |
