Study On Community Gird Management Inbedaihe District Of Qinhuangdao City

Community,as the smallest unit in urban life,is the most basic unit in urban management.With the continuous development of Chinaundefineds reform and opening up and the construction of cities and towns,more and more people are concentrated in the city to find work and life,which leads to the increasing density and mobility of personnel in various communities in the city,and the difficulty of management.And with the continuous increase of community population,urban traffic,public security,environmental health and other aspects of great pressure,resulting in a variety of problems.These problems affect the normal life of community residents,and also bring great difficulties to social management,to a certain extent,also hinder the development of the city.The traditional community management model has been unable to meet the needs of the rapid development of the city at present.Under the background of the deepening of urbanization,community management needs to find a set of new community governance model which is different from the traditional social management,and the "grid management" model comes into being.Based on the theoretical knowledge of community governance and community management,this paper analyzes and studies the main practices and preliminary results of community grid management in Beidaihe District by looking up relevant literature,issuing questionnaires,canonical case analysis and other ways,and finds out the existing problems of community grid management in Beidaihe District,according to the Dongcheng District of Beijing.Based on the classical case study of community grid management in Xuhui District of Shanghai and according to the actual situation,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the grid management of community,so as to better promote the implementation of intelligent grid management in Beidaihe District.At the same time,the research process and related conclusions of the paper also have certain reference value for the implementation of community gridding in other small and medium-sized cities with the same problems.This study not only has a guiding significance for Beidaihe District to promote Rural Revitalization through the development of all-area-advancing tourism and to enhance the competitiveness of Beidaihe District in the similar coastal tourism areas,but also provides references for other tourism areas.
