Present Situation Analysis And Developmental Thoughts On Beautiful Rural Construction Of Qinhuangdao

In 2015 the central file NO. 1, our party for the first time put forward the goal of building Beautiful Countrysile,to further strengthen the rural ecological construction,environmental protection and comprehensive improvement work.The party's 18 times congress proposed to achieve Beautiful China goal, we must speed up the pace of the construction of the Beautiful Countryside. Do the beautiful countryside construction related research is conducive to better promote the beautiful countryside construction work.The article is based on the theory and practice of rural construction in domestic and foreign relevant experience, combined with the specific situation of Qinhuangdao City. It is in the perspective of related theory of beautiful countryside construction, trying to build basic thought and general methods of beautiful countryside construction in Hebei province in a sample of Qinhuangdao City through analysis of the beautiful countryside construction theory and case studing on the beautiful countryside construction in Qinhuangdao City. This article aims to promote the further improvement and development of rural construction theory.This paper mainly studies the current situation and problems of beautiful countryside construction in Qinhuangdao City using literature analysis, case studies and surveys and other methods. The main contents is present situation of the beautiful countryside construction practices in Qinhuangdao city, construction situation of beautiful countryside construction area and part of the beautiful countryside village case. It analyzes the main problems existing the construction of the beautiful countryside in Qinhuangdao City are the lack of feasible planning, the funding gap, the poor level of village customs, and inequality of village collective income. And the reasons for these problems are discussed,mainly due to the leaders lacking of awareness, villagers playing a passive role of work and some other factors. On the foundation of literature analysis and field research,drawing lessons from foreign beautiful countryside construction experience, it put forward a four-point proposal, namely to strengthen the education and training of cadres andvillagers, to develop the rural industry, to rationalize the relationship between government and society.
