How to understand the working solution There is no problem in practice has become a swing at all levels of the organization department and the important subject in front of organs and units and cadres.The report takes the role-play-cadre system in Lianyungang as the research subject,with the development of human capital and the relevant documents for the policy system and the theoretical basis, four aspects of research done. Firstly, on the theoretical basis of our cadres work, analysis of the development process and the types. Secondly, analyzes the background of the role-play-cadre system in Lianyungang. Thirdly, combing the existing problems in the work of cadres in Lianyungang and from culture, system,management and other aspects of the analysis of its causes. Finally, according to the analysis results, put forward the system planning cadres work system, strictly regulate the cadres selection standards, innovative ideas to establish and perfect the use of cadres,attachment the cadre management mechanism in four aspects of opinions and suggestions.The report used kinds of methods for the research. Using literature analysis method to collect, identification, sorting the materials of cadres on he role-play-cadre system;through survey research and analysis of the reality of Lianyungang City therole-play-cadre system; using contradiction analysis method to analyze the history and current situation and draw corresponding countermeasures.
