After its swift rise, the extreme terrorist organization IS becomes the new center of international terrorism. In 2015, it produced several terrorist attacks world-widely, which revealed its threats spreading from the Middle East to the whole world. Breeding in the atmosphere of national conflicts, sectarian clashes and power oppression, benefiting from the occidental exterior intervention, depending on the international situation and the general trend of international terrorism, IS grew into a quasi state actor with strict organization, powerful military might and gradually mature governance model. During IS fighting, regions and countries hold different attitudes to it, which intensifies the fragmentization of geographical political picture; countries only care about their own benefits and hinder the action of weakening IS. Besides, terrorist ideology and its worldwide spreading action seriously imperil security of international community. IS cannot be eradicated in a short period and its existence will be the normality of international community; therefore, cooperation promotion among various countries, eradication of unilateralism and egoism, well recognition of anti-terror campaign's persistence and complexity and thorough corresponding mechanisms are needed to fight IS. Meanwhile, related countries should constantly reinforce domestic anti-terrorism and be well prepared to cope with the threats.
