A Study On The Development Of Foshan City Enterprises Registration Reform

The enterprise registration is a vital part of the administrative examination and license in China. With the continuous development of administrative examination reform for many years, as well as the enterprise registration reform, the progress of the enterprise registration reform in turn promote the revolution of the administrative examination.The enterprise registration is also need to adapt constantly to the progress of the economy and social environment. Foshan, belongs to Guangdong Province,which is in the forefront of the national reform of enterprise registration. It is also outstanding in the effect of the reform and innovation in the Province and is inevitable to reform in its own way.This paper analysis some existing specific reform measures in Foshan, especially the“One city's unified enterprise registration”, and“All enterprise registration in one-door”.It points out that enterprise registration in Foshan has obtained certain achievements, but as a prefecture-level city, Foshan has to face the problems that it is difficult to make the legislation support reform, and lacks of the related system between different department,as well as the immature supervision and punishment mechanism, social credit concept and low degree of information utilization. All these prevent the development of the enterprise registration reform. In the next part the paper puts forward the concrete countermeasures and suggestions of the reform and development of enterprise registration from the aspects of perfect laws and regulations, the administrative examination and approval matters simplify, examination and approval process optimization, standardization of examination and approval, registration information, and the follow-up supervision. This article expects to summarize the development path of enterprise registration reform and contributes to provide more suggestions to the society, which will be suitable to the market demand.
