Since China's reform and opening up,the familiar terms "migrant workers" through every aspect of our lives, but now, rural migrant workers is a new era has entrusted with the brand-new connotation and roles. Migrant workers are a mainstay of the construction and development of Chinese society,the historical process of China's fast forward for migrant workers toil to pay. At present,the development of the socialist market economy of our country got for the attention of the world's outstanding achievement, this a series of achievements and migrant workers struggle and efforts are inseparable. However, the current our country the legal consciousness of the migrant workers really worrying,has influence to China's strategy of "governing the country according to law" to implement and carry out the decision. Migrant workers legal consciousness is not only related to the realization of their own rights and interests, more related to social stability and national security as well as the "Chinese dream" of the great idea eventually. From the current view,a large part of migrant workers in China's legal system consciousness is very weak,the relevant legal knowledge reserves is insufficient,understanding of the strategy of "governing the country according to law" decision-making is not enough in-depth,unable to use legal weapons to protect their own rights and interests. Due to the lack of legal consciousness and even touched the legal bottom line,cause social instability, family disruption.
