Research On Legal Consciousness Of New Generation Migrant Workers

During the current period,the development of China is critical,the process of the socialist modernization of rule by law is accelerating,the construction of the rule by law system of socialism with Chinese characteristics and socialist country under the rule of law now is showing a progressive trend.If we want to achieve the goal of running states affairs according to law and socialist country under the rule of law?comprehensive implementation of socialist modernization of rule by law,then we need to cultivate the legal consciousness of the new generation of migrant workers.as one of the most important parts of Chinese citizens,their legal consciousness matter a lot to the construction of country under the rule of law.But there are many factors which lead the legal consciousness of new generation of migrant workers very weak,this situation may trigger different kinds of social contradictions.As a result,it is very important to strengthen the legal consciousness of new generation of migrant workers.This paper mainly from the basic concepts of the legal consciousness of new generation of migrant workers and related theory,through the research of the current situation about their legal consciousness,come to a conclusion that how important it is to strengthen the legal consciousness of new generation of migrant workers.There is a large number of new generation of migrant workers,their legal consciousness means a lot to the construction of a harmonious society,not only influence the process of rule by law of rural area,but also the development of social harmony.But because of the imperfect system and uneven distribution of the resources,the status of migrant workers and citizens is unequal,on the other hand,migrant worker'level of knowledge is very limited?they barely know anything about law,let alone make good use of it,as a result,their rights are always under challenge,there comes naturally that they feel bad about anything related to legal consciousness educating.This situation now is getting intense,the contradiction between urban and rural areas is getting fiercer.This paper is based on the research of the current situation of legal consciousness of new generation of migrant workers,finds out they have the characteristics of weak legal consciousness on the whole.This paper analyzes the reasons in traditional concepts?the social environment?the social system and themselves,and then expounds the way of improve it.In order to strengthen the legal consciousness of new generation of migrant workers and make them perfect.Finally,the constructions of rule by law in our harmony socialist society can take a further step,the goal of constructing the rule by law system of socialism with Chinese characteristics and socialist country under the rule of law can be pushed forward.
