Research On Legal Consciousness Cultivation Of New Generation Migrant Workers

With the rapid development of urbanization,the new generation of migrant workers has become an important team in urban construction,the survival and development of the new generation of migrant workers has drawn the attention of all sectors of society.Affected by the urban-rural dual system,the gap between the new generation of migrant workers and urban residents has gradually become prominent.Different from urban residents in terms of social security,children's education,and public services,which make the new generation of migrant workers be lack of a sense of fairness and urban integration.The needs of the new generation of migrant workers are not met,the rights are not guaranteed,and a series of problems arise.The problem of crimes committed by the new generation of migrant workers has become increasingly prominent,which has become an important factor in influencing social harmony.Therefore,strengthening the cultivation of the legal consciousness of the new generation of migrant workers has become an important issue that needs to be resolved in the process of urbanization.The research is based on the background of comprehensively governing the country according to law,and guided by Marxist theory and Xi Jinping's new theory of ruling the country according to law,then formulating the goal what ought to be in cultivating the legal consciousness of the new generation of migrant workers,which are basically mastering relevant legal knowledge,acts according to law initial formation,and legal belief is finally established.Starting from the definition of the legal consciousness of the new generation of migrant workers,analysis of survey data of national statistical bureaus and authoritative reports,to learn about the real status quo about the legal consciousness of the new generation of migrant workers.Guided by the problem consciousness,it is found that the legal consciousness of the new generation of migrant workers has a low level in relevant legal,a weak awareness of legal rights protection,a lack of conscious awareness of law-abiding,and a lack of fairness.Analyzing the legal awareness of the new generation of migrant workers from both internal and external factors.The internal cause which is the new generation of migrant workers are lack of the initiative and enthusiasm in learning law.The external cause are that legal education is not in place;insufficient protection of rights;the household registration system and the social security system are flawed.Oriented by the goal of cultivating the legal consciousness of the new generation of migrant workers what ought to be.The countermeasures of cultivating the legal awareness of the new generation of migrant workers from four aspects which are legal education,legal service system,rights protection and system.Finally,the qualitative leap of the cultivation of the legal consciousness of the new generation of migrant workers will be realized.
