Research On The Traffic Safety Management Of Zhangzhou City Road

Undoubtedly, the wide application of motor vehicles has made a great contribution to the progress of modern society. However, the traffic accident has also caused the loss of tens of millions of lives and great loss of property. The death toll of road traffic accidents has accounted for the vast majority of the total of non normal deaths. It even has exceeded the number of deaths in the two World War. It is also one of the most prominent security issues.To find out the existing problems(such as weak and unsound management of road traffic, weak enforcement of traffic law, imperfect mechanism of rewards and punishment, social atmosphere to be improved, urban dredging capacity to be improved,serious traffic safety problem in rural areas etc) in the road traffic safety management of Zhangzhou City, the author uses public governance theory and combines with the practice of road traffic safety management of Zhangzhou City in recent years, learning from the experience of domestic and foreign road traffic safety management based on the domestic and foreign academic research results. To solve these problems, the author puts forward some measures to improve the road traffic safety management( such as promoting the socialization of the management of road traffic safety, the enforcement authority of the management of road traffic safety, perfecting incentive mechanism, promoting and upgrading the transformation of traffic safety education, strengthening the rectification of roads with hidden dangers and supervision of key vehicles, Strengthening the management of road traffic in urban area and the renovation of road traffic regulation in rural area etc) in this paper. In the article, the author emphasizes the rule of law and socialization of the management of road traffic safety to ensure that all kinds of social subjects to play their functions in public governance, forming combined power to reduce traffic accidents and economic losses, preventing traffic jams, promoting people's travel safety, realizing the goal of public transport safety.
