The Research Of Execution Of City Street Office

As China's urban expansion and development,the role and the position of street office is more and more important in the public administration and social management service of our country.The work on urban grassroots of government has to accomplish to rely on neighborhood offices finally.What the work of government would be accomplished well concerns the executive of the street office.In the regard of the street office on behalf of the district government administrate the public affairs and the stability and unity in urban grassroots,the execution affect the stability of local social,the development of economic,credibility and the ability to govern of government to a certain degree also.In recent years,functions of street office has been expanded,however,the corresponding execution does not improve,so that many government policies can not carry out and implement effective and the efficiency drops,result in the government image in the eyes of the public was discounted.In the background of reform of government institutions and construction of the"service-oriented government",It is an important part for our government executive ability construction to research execution of effecting Street office,strengthening the implementation of capacity building of street office,enhancing administrative efficiency on social management and service of street office.therefore,it objectively requires to research the street office for execution systematically,comprehensively and deeply.In order to make the research more practical,it combine the theory and practice.This paper analysis the constituent elements of the problem of execution,based on analysis of functional status and execution connotation of street office,taking P Road Sub-district Office,Taiyuan as our research target.I have studied the reasons to effect executive power of street office from the four constituent elements of executive power:executive body,execution resources,execution environment,execution mechanism,and give countermeasures to promote implementation.This paper is divided into six parts:the first part is an introduction;the second part introduce the connotation and theory of execution of street office;the third part analysis the reason of the low execution of P Road Sub-district Office;the fourth part find out the reason of the low execution of P Road Sub-district Office;the fifth part give countermeasures to promote implementation of street office;the sixth part is the conclusion part of the thesis.
