Study On The Performance Of The County Government Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation

Targeted poverty alleviation intends to sum up the past experience, analysis the individual's situation, suit the remedy to the case, through accurate recognition find the real one who needs help. This thesis uses county government as the research object, which is because the unique status of county government. The third chapter to write the formation process of poverty alleviation in China. This chapter is about the accurate poverty alleviation was proposed under what kind of circumstances and the value of poverty alleviation to the people. The fourth chapter probes into the existing problems of the process of the poverty alleviation and the reasons. The fifth chapter analyses the domestic precision county government's policy implementation experience in the poverty alleviation. By using some examples of Guangxi and Henan, the thesis could sum up their experience. The sixth chapter proposed the policy recommendations to improve the county government in the process of the accurate poverty alleviation.
