In August 2016,China Internet Network Information Center released the "38th China Internet Development Statistics Report".The "report" shows that by June2016,the number of online shopping in China reached 448 million,an increase of34.48 million over the end of 2015,an increase of 8.3%.With the continuous development of Internet technology and the change of people's consumption concept,Online shopping for its convenience,fast,cheap and many other advantages are the majority of consumers readily accepted.But everything has two sides,online shopping is no exception.Online shopping-this invisible new trading methods,it enables consumers to enjoy a number of convenient services also bear some specific risks.Therefore,take a variety of measures to effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of consumers in the online shopping,active and reasonable to deal with the existence of the seller and the consumer online shopping disputes,to further strengthen the network of government agencies in the shopping process should play a regulatory role,to prevent all possible fraud,has become the promotion of China's network economy healthy and rapid development process must attach great importance to and urgent need to solve the problem.This article's research subject is net online shopping consumer protection.It analysis the status and damage reasons of online shopping consumer interests,proposes thinking of building online shopping consumer protection system in China for the problem by referencing foreign useful experience of online shopping consumer protection.That is to form a legal norm based on the government administrative supervision and industry self-regulation combined with online shopping consumer protection system,and put forward my specific ideas of improving the concrete protection of rights and interests.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,the paper is divided into four parts.The first part is the content of online shopping,mainly on the concept and characteristics of online shopping and the status of online shopping in China were introduced,and elaborated on the impact of online shopping on the protection ofconsumer rights.The second part is to describe the protection of online shopping consumer rights and interests of the status quo,including the content of the protection of consumer rights,the existence of practical problems and the reasons for the infringement of the rights and interests.The third part is through the major developed countries and the EU on online shopping consumer protection legislation listed in order to find our online shopping consumer protection of the perfect way.The fourth part is the core content of this article,to study how to build a harmonious shopping environment in China.This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects: consumer rights protection in the transaction process,protection of consumer rights and interests in the case of default and termination,and protection of consumer rights in the course of handling disputes,so as to effectively form a comprehensive,systematic,multi-channel network to protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers in the process of shopping mechanism.
