The rapid transformation of modern intelligent technology has brought tremendous changes to people's lifestyle consumption.Especially in recent years,the rapid development of Lynx,Jingdong,Suning Tesco,Ctrip,Shopping consumption has brought great changes.Online online consumption is more and more favored by the people and has gradually become the focus of public attention.It has even become an indispensable part of people's life.With the increase of online shopping consumer demand,it has brought a series of problems in the online shopping rights protection.It is also more and more noticed that consumers are often "consumed" and their right to information is greatly reduced.When consumers buy goods or services online,in principle they should timely and accurately release goods and service information,store information,etc.,and provide a strong guarantee for the right to know about the consumer.Consumers only after the initial understanding of the goods and services of the various information,can make the appropriate judgments,make a purchase decision or not.Consumption activities are based on an informed knowledge of the goods or services and the right to know effectively connects goods or services to the needs of consumers.All other consumer rights are based on the realization of the right to information.However,due to the characteristics of network virtuality,many unscrupulous merchants use the asymmetry of access to information or rely on the consumer rights protection network to arbitrarily weaken or infringe the consumers' right to information,which seriously infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.Further strengthening the legal protection of consumers' right to information on the Internet is conducive to the optimization of the network environment,is conducive to the fairness and fairness of online transactions,and more conducive to the rapid development of online online transactions,so as to better promote the leap in network economy.This article begins with the legal protection of the right to information during the process of online shopping by consumers,discusses the theoretical foundation ofconsumers 'right to know about online shopping and the forms of consumers' infringement,and expounds the infringement of consumer's right to information in online shopping based on relevant cases Analyzes the shortcomings of consumers' right to information protection in online shopping,and draws lessons from the legislation and experience of foreign consumers' informed protection to explore how to improve the laws and regulations of the consumers' right to information protection and expand the scope of information disclosure of online shopping operators Stipulate its compulsory disclosure obligations,improve the establishment of ancillary systems,improve the information disclosure system of logistics and distribution,and improve the dispute resolution mechanism so as to better protect the consumers' right to information.
