Research On The Path Of The Confucian Humanism Political View To Promote The Modernization Of National Governance System

The philosophy of humanism in the Confucian philosophy culture,which is founded by Confucius.Mencius and Xun Zi and the following Confucian thinkers continued to make it come into a unique cultural form of philosophy.It is not only the crystallization of the wisdom of the Chinese nation,but also to the world's precious spiritual and cultural heritage.After thousands of years of the baptism of the history of the wave,it is still blooming glory of its precious classic.The “People oriented” is the foundation of the “humanitarian ideology” theory,and the core idea of it is “benevolence”.This theory teach all the people the basic things to conducting oneself in society.The creeds of "filial piety,etiquette,righteousness,loyalty,trust and respect" has a close connection with the real life.It leads the people into a good,positive society with harmony social atmosphere.It takes “benevolence” as the center and show to the world a series of governing rules of the empire to the people.The political theory is timeless,not only because it is our traditional culture,but also by its own value.At present,our country is in the advancing process of the socialist modernization.We need to seek ideological and cultural resources as support from the excellent traditional culture,and How to use the political view of philosophy contained in the Confucian philosophy of humanism to promote the modernization of the national governance system is an urgent problem need to be resolved.Therefore,this article from the Confucian view of the political philosophy contained within the humanism and the core idea of the Confucian political theory.The founder of the Confucian philosophy of humanism is Confucius.The source of this theory is the political philosophy “respect virtue,take care people;bright virtue and careful punishment” proposed by Zhou gong in the early Zhou Dynasty.After the historical interpretation of Confucius,the formation of the “benevolence” come into the foundation of the unique political philosophy.First of all,it represents a kind of political ethics.The core of this political philosophy is “benevolence”,and as the center,it expounds the ways of presentation of “benevolence”: “filial piety,etiquette,righteousness,loyalty,trust and respect”.The ethical ideas it respected,not only suitable for single person in the ordinary life of life in morality,at the same time the political ideas included also suitable for political,law and management of people.It is to cultivate the moral,to push more love,love the world,and ultimately to the peaceful and harmonious.From the start for the “government”,rulers must strengthen their own cultivation of moral character as the basic condition for the government,as “the governor the upright man”.On the basis of this “to govern the people by politics”,“to change the people by morality”,“to administrate by benevolence” and “to restrict order by etiquette”.In the Confucian view,the total reach the harmony based on virtue;mainly on virtue,to establish a good society with order,then ultimately achieve peace and prosperity of the Peace reigns over the land.From this,the political philosophy of human called by us,shows the political philosophy of the glorious value of the “human-oriented”.The second part takes the relationship between the modernization of national governance system and the Confucian political values as the theme.It analyzes China's modernization of national governance systems need to learn from the Confucian human politics,serving the people is the core idea of China's political philosophy.The basic connotation of the modernization of the national governance system is the construction of human-oriented,the modernization of the national governance system needs to seek intellectual support from the Confucian concept of political ideology.Confucian human political philosophy need to practice their own values within the management of country,only can be developed in the process of modernization of the national governance system.The wisdom of culture promotes the development of the modernization and construction of the modernization will Chinese nation,it provided spiritual support for the Chinese nation standing among the nations of the world.To make sure that to draw lessons from the absorption of Confucian humanism is to serve the modernization of national governance system.At present,in order to promote the modernization of the national governance system,we should do: To excavate and activate the time value of the Confucian
