Optimize The Research Of Jinggangshan Red Culture Traing

At present,China's reform and opening policy has been implemented for nearly forty years,the social economy has achieved great development,people's living standards and quality of life has improved significantly,the material needs have been greatly satisfied.However,the economy has made great development,at the same time,the construction of spiritual culture has failed to match,the social values of the people have a certain degree of deviation,money worship,hedonism and individualism to meet the eye everywhere,seriously affected the social's health and sustainable development.So it is in the Party members and cadres,Party members and cadres by the wrong thought guidance,corruption phenomenon repeated,the reason,from a personal perspective,is to establish a correct world outlook,outlook on life and values;from the national level,is the spiritual and cultural construction lagging behind.As a unique red culture of our country,it is of great significance to improve the quality of the people and guide people to set up the correct social values.In the troops of Party members and cadres,strengthening the red education,to purify their ideas,establish a people-oriented,serving the people wholeheartedly the idea,in the actual work and earnestly safeguard the fundamental interests of the people.Jiangxi Province,as the old revolutionary base areas,with rich red cultural resources,the most typical is the Jinggangshan red culture,how to make good use of Jinggangshan red culture education,improving the overall quality of,has important practical significance.In this study,the author of their own as the staff of Local Taxation Bureau of Jiangxi province to participate in the red education and training of Party members and cadres in Jinggangshan experience,at the same time the status quo through questionnaires,interviews and other forms of Party members and cadres training carried out on the red resources at present in our country are reviewed and summarized.On the one hand,the CPC Central Committee,Jiangxi provincial Party committee and Ji'an municipal Party Committee related to the leadership of the strong support and help,the Party members and cadres of Jinggangshan red training projects have also made remarkable achievements in the training mode,training management,training institutions,training,training teachers,training benefits etc.On the other hand,we found that there are still many problems in the use of red culture in red culture education,many people believe that the current organizational development of red cultural activities did not achieve the desired results.At present we are red in the use of the red culture education of civil servants,mining of the red resources is not enough,teaching content is a bit vague,develop red cultural activities lack pertinence,the same mode of education and teaching form,lack of innovation in teaching content,the training effect of the lack of system security,all of these factors influenced the training effect of red.Finally,combined with the development of the red culture education by using local resources in Yanan,red Xibaipo,the Dabie Mountains in other parts of the case,summing up experience and lessons,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the red culture education and training of Party members and cadres:First,to scientific understanding of the profound connotation of red culture education;Second,to enrich the content of the red culture education;Third,to strengthen the construction of teachers in the red team training;Fourth,to promote the industrialization process of red education training.
