The Research On The Information Security Risk Management In The Party And Government Departments In Yunnan Province

Along with the process of global informatization, information technology is more and more widely used in China's party and government departments, while computer information technology is more and more important in public management department. In modern society, computer science and technology is making a spurt of progress, computer network Information security is facing more and more threat which is challenging information security of party and government organizations, when Information Technology is providing more convenience and higher efficiency. With the transformation of China's party and government departments' functions, deepening of public management reform, perfecting of Information disclosure system, massive publicity of government affairs is certain. Party and government information security of Yunnan province is facing a major test because of the imperfection of certain rules and regulations, administrators' weak awareness of prevention and lack of ability of information management, and weakness of infrastructure.This paper is trying to study the countermeasures to solve problems of party and government organizations risk management of Yunnan province by analyzing the environment of party and government organizations information security risk management of Yunnan province, elaborating the definition and importance of party and government organizations information security risk management, combining the experience of party and government organizations information security management at home and abroad, searching out the risk and reasons of party and government organizations information security management. Standing in the strategic height, party and government organizations information security administrative department of Yunnan province should perform better in party and government organizations information security under the new situation by giving full play to the role of policy guidance and the functions management, eliminating the adverse factors at the system level, making more efforts to increase security of party and government departments information in Yunnan province, equiping with necessary facilities and equipment, strengthening party and organization information security publicity and education, strengthening the staff prevention consciousness.
