Research On The Mode Of Police Affairs Dominated By Intelligence Information Of Public Security Organs In Yunnan Province

With the informatization and globalization of society and economy,the factors that affect public security change too.The illegal criminal activities,new types of crimes,emergencies and mass disturbance are continuously increasing.These situations challenge the work of public security.Under this circumstance,intelligence information leading pattern,which is a very popular type of police pattern,is implemented in all public security organizations.From 2006,intelligence information leading pattern is implemented in Yunnan province.The achievements are obviously,while the potential problems restrict the further development of intelligence information leading pattern.Basing on the intelligence information leading pattern in Yunnan province,collecting and contrasting the information of home and abroad,and combining the practical of Yunnan province,the thesis put forwards the countermeasures and suggestions for Yunnan province.Then use "Three-circle Theory" to analysis the feasibility ofintelligence information leading police pattern.It makes sure that the thesis could improve the intelligence information leading pattern in Yunnan province.Firstly,solve the ideological problems.That means developing the subjective and initiative of polices.Secondly,normalize the institution and mechanism system.The intelligence organization and the management department for human resource ·should be specialized.Thirdly,complete the service system and pay much more attention on special features and differences of minorities.Fourthly,unify intelligence collection and sharing.
