Performance evaluation play in the institution personnel management mechanism in a pivotal role,it is hiring institution staff,training,incentives,job promotion,to provide an objective basis for dismissal,compensation management,career development,an important incentive.Study on the implementation of this project will motivate employees to take the initiative to acquire new knowledge and better work experience,improve the professional level,in order to facilitate its high efficiency to complete tasks,which will help the development of its own staff.At the same time,public sector employees in the pursuit of pay,pay more attention to achieve self-worth,and the results of this study will research institute staff to create a good soft environment,provide more challenging work and promotion opportunities for employees,which its own staff development is very favorable.From the performance appraisal related theory,and Y Accounting Office,for example,by analyzing the status of the Audit Bureau affiliated institutions performance evaluation,point out the problem and the reasons for its existence,and proceed from organizations,departments and employees,etc.,to improve audit Y Board performance evaluation system,and to explore measures to improve performance assessment.Through discussing the article,on the one hand the performance appraisal theory and institutions specific mission and functions of the combined studies,theoretical results can be rich institutions performance evaluation studies;the other hand,Y Audit Bureau affiliated institutions performance evaluation as the research object,a sound system to improve its performance appraisal system is not only conducive to the improvement of the audited entity target system,applicable to the audited entity established performance appraisal system,to further improve the quality of audit staff and business units to mobilize the enthusiasm,while We can also provide a reference for other public institutions to improve performance assessment.
