In order to meet the military reform and the need of information war, all countries in the world to accelerate the pace of building quality. Foster and bring up a large number of high-quality military personnel of a new type, in order to win the future war. In practice, the recruitment office performance appraisal problems affecting the conscription work efficiency. Therefore, study the new situation of conscription office of problems in performance appraisal, which has a certain theoretical value and practical significance.This article takes the modern performance evaluation for guidance, through the case analysis, in-depth analysis of the province conscription office to performance evaluation of the status quo and problems, and put forward to improve its performance appraisal measures and working train of thought. This paper consists of 6 chapters. This paper, in the province of conscription office performance appraisal reform bring practical significance at the same time, also for related units performance reform to provide some reference.
