In The "State-Society" Framework, Study The Grass-roots Management Thought Of The LU's Community Ordinances

Since the Reform and Opening, China has been entering a rapid transformation period. The changes of the economic system lead to reshape the relationship between the state and the society. Alongside these changes, the management and interventions of the state to the grass-roots society has been adjusting, the grass-roots self-management has been developing at the same time. However, since Chinese lacking of awareness of independence and autonomy makes it too difficult to achieve fully autonomous communities, thus state government and grass-roots self-management failed to achieve positive interaction. Based on seeking of the spirit of autonomy in grass-roots society, the thesis chooses the Lu's community ordinances which is the first local autonomy in China as the object, and according to the theory of state and society to research. Then, it will have some analysis of the etiquette and ethics thoughts which contained in the Lu's community ordinances and the characteristics of this local autonomy. Finally, it will demonstrate its grass-roots autonomous thinking, and elaborate some thoughts and suggestions to the current grass-roots autonomy. Meanwhile, as the first convention in the era of absolute monarchy, the Lu's community ordinances taking the etiquette and ethics thoughts to guide this practice, with moral constraints and colleagues encourage, opened up a new field between the achievement of "inside the saint" and " outside the king ", and then sparked the rethink of relationships between state and society. Since the significant differences of state and society between China and the Western world in the history or at present, this thesis not only reason the autonomous thought of Lu's community ordinances, but also recognize that the relationship of state and society is together rather than divided in the practice of self-management. Therefore, at the final chapter, there will have a reflective research about the application of the state and society theory and the "state-society" framework in China. It is not only to clarify the role of the theory for reshaping the state and society relationship of China, but also hope this research is helpful for building the Chinese theoretical discourse system.
