Community Home Care Service Needs And Problems Countermeasures

At present,due to the high level and fast process of the aging,many Chinese family patterns has evolved to a "4-2-1" pattern from extended family.The total population of households decreased,while the elder population increased,which has impact on the traditional family pension model,nursing home has also subjected to a variety of practical reasons.Therefore,high-quality home care service,and the need of the elderly pension have become a great social concern and family's focus.Most of the existing research is based on the perspective of supply,that is,government and society provide the materials and services to the elderly,such as organizations,funds,equipment,staffs,etc.But if combined its supply with the elder's actual needs,it is lack of promotion and diversifications.In this paper,the elderly population in Tian Xin District Xin Tian community of Changsha City is used as a case study to investigate the survival and living status of the aged population.Based on the relevant theories,this paper conducts social investigation,analyzes the survival and living conditions of the aged population,and analyzes the effect of the aging population on the basic living,quality of life,social participation and value realization of the elderly population in Xintian Community Tianxin district of Changsha.In addition,according to the precisely data analysis and referenced successful experience of home and abroad community home care,hereby,proposed suggestions which based on the current status of community home care service development,to provide references and experiences to the urban community care services development.
