Research On Government Purchase Of Public Cultural Service From Social Organization

Nowadays,during the period of social transition which is being shaped as government,market and society developing paralleling and "small government and big society" as well,it has become a big tendency that social power increasingly undertaking public service and government transforming as purchaser from direct provider.In this macro context,social power,especially civil social organizations has been playing an increasing important role in promoting public cultural service socialization.Therefore,the role which government has to play is purchase of public cultural service.Nevertheless,it has still in the early stage,which makes many of imperfection just like policy encouragement,legislation and so forth.So it will exist as a long time of exploring how to develop government purchase of public cultural service healthily.This paper adopts literature research,case analysis,the methods of data investigation,take Kunshan as object of study,extract the relevant laws and regulations policy concerning Kunshan Government purchase of public cultural service from social organizations,as well as the current situation of social cultural organization of Kunshan.Make generalization and summarization of these works,trying to give reasonable,rational and operational advisements in order to better developing domestic civil social cultural organization and as well as Chinese government purchase of public cultural service.
