Research On Function Of Public Service In Community College During Community Education Development

In the process of the construction and development of community education,our government has made a lot of efforts,including the construction of community colleges is undoubtedly an important innovation in the construction and development of community education.Based on the analysis of the results of previous studies,the X Community College as an example,starting from the community college in the community education in the construction of public service function,the problems of current community education in community colleges play the function of public service are analyzed and summarized.On this basis,the paper puts forward some feasible strategies to promote the healthy,long-term and sustainable development of community colleges,so as to make the community colleges play a better role in the community education.The main contents are as follows:1.The first part,introduction.This paper describes the research background,research status at home and abroad,research ideas and methods,innovation,etc..The second part,the definition of relevant concepts and theoretical basis.Firstly,it defines the concept of community,community education,community colleges and public services.Finally,it points out the main theoretical basis of this study:the theory of lifelong education;community education theory;public service theory.The third part is about the present situation and problems of the public service function of X community college.X describes the status quo of the construction of community education development,points out that including the X community in the construction of community education measures:fixed investment,fast development of security system,security management;SPECIFICATION;promote resource sharing;strengthen the government's responsibility,community education system innovation mechanism;perfect the policies and regulations,enhance the vitality of the development of community education.Analysis of the status quo of public service function of X community college.It is pointed out that the public service of X community college is mainly as follows;teenagers,disabled people,floating population,laid-off workers,the elderly and so on.Specific measures for X community college play public service function in community education in the construction of Wuxi Community Education:active leadership construction and development;cooperate with the government to accelerate the new double public works to enhance the quality of community education;strengthen the development and construction of the project.At last,the author points out that the main problems include:the misunderstanding of the concept,the relative shortage of funds,the relatively weak leadership,the shortage of teachers,and the lack of participation in the construction of public works.The fourth part,the countermeasures to promote the public service function of X community college.The countermeasures and suggestions are as follows:to set up the correct idea,to increase the investment of funds,to strengthen the management of leadership,to strengthen the construction of teachers and to participate in the public works.The fifth part,conclusion and suggestion.
