With the rapid development and widespread popularization of Internet and computer technology,new things are emerging.As a new form of teaching organization developed through the Internet,the virtual learning community came into being.With its resource sharing,learning autonomy and breaking through the boundaries of time and space,it provides abundant information for university students,to meet their needs of knowledge learning and cultural communication.It also encourages students to form a good mental accomplishment and noble moral quality,which undoubtedly provides an effective education platform for university students.Therefore,this paper will study the realization of the function of virtual learning community in the growth of university students,aiming at making the virtual learning community better to serve the university students.By using a series of methods such as literature research and systematic analysis,this paper finds out the relevant literature at home and abroad,and finds that the virtual learning community can be used in the training process of university students' success,and can effectively play its role of guidance,motivation and education to achieve the goal of promoting the success of university students.Based on the meaning of virtual learning community,the article holds the agreement with the talent of university students,and expounds the functions of the virtual learning community in the process of university students' success,that is,the function of cultural knowledge dissemination,network communication and interaction,ideological and moral education,and scientific exploration and innovation.In addition,the investigation of university students' participation in the virtual learning community shows that there are some problems in the function of the virtual learning community in the university students' success,such as many interruptions in learning,lacking of interactive awareness,and the construction of some learning support services is relatively weak.On this basis,richter is adopted to analyze some related factors in the questionnaire to extract the key factors affecting the results.In particular,it includes two aspects:the first is the intrinsic factors,that is,the learning motivation,the learning attainment,the metacognitive ability and the self-efficacy sense of the university students,and the two are the external factors,including the learning resources and the teacher supports.Peer relationship,platform construction and system guarantee.Finally,on the basis of the model construction theory,this paper constructs the model of the virtual learning community in the university students' success,and gives the countermeasures to make use of the virtual learning community to give full play to the ability of university students.Mainly from the construction of perfect function platform system,establish and perfect the relevant system formulation,pay attention to the training of full-time and sincere participants,rationally plan and enrich the content of education,innovative methods and create a good environment to discuss the way to realize the function of virtual learning community in the six aspects.
