Analysis Of Marx's Justice Thoughts

The study of Marx's justice thought is based on the proposition that Marx believes that capitalism is just.Based on Marx's classic text,this paper analyses the contradiction between fact and value judgments contained in the thought of justice of Marx from the question "Whether Marx thinks capitalism is just",concludes that Marx's theory of justice is a kind of judgment of fact,which defines the nature of Marx's thoughts of justice.Based on Marx's idea of justice on the qualitative,this paper returns to the classic text,starting from the interpretation of the concept of "justice",analyses the concept of "justice" in classicism and liberalism which Marx critiqued,digs the connotation of"justice" in Marx's text.Based on the integrity of Marx's thoughts of justice,this paper analyses the evolution of the concept of justice in Marx's thoughts,explores Marx's thought transformation from the pursuit of justice to the critique of justice,and then from the critique of justice transcendence of justice.From the critical perspective in Marx's justice thoughts,this paper focuses on the text of Marx's criticism on Proudhon,Lassalle,Gilbart's justice thoughts,tracing the history of Marx's critical justice thoughts.This paper mainly interprets the justice thoughts in Marx's text from the theory of three dimension:surplus value,distribution according to needs and the freedom and comprehensive development of human,sums up the basic characteristics contained in Marx's justice thoughts:the unity of criticism and construction,the unity of truth and value and the unity of logic and history,so as to provide theoretical support for the preliminary construction Marx's justice thoughts.On the basis of the research,this paper explores the research methods of Marx's justice thoughts and its implications for contemporary China and global justice,adhering to the historical materialism as the guide,to the inheritance and development of theory and to the innovation and improvement in practice.The justice of the capitalist system,the justice in the practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and the question of whether communist society needs justice in the future are also discussed.Marx's justice thoughts is the justice thoughts of historical materialism.By insisting on historical materialism principle,on the one hand,this paper interprets Marx's text to mine connotation of justice and research the development of Marx's justice thoughts;on the other hand,according to the conditions of the new era,gives new connotation and innovates new content to Marx's justice thoughts,so as to achieve Marx's historical materialism as well as Marx's value concern and combine Marx's scientific and revolutionary ideas.
