The really philosophy lies in its deep ages to be concerned with, and The Marx of the justice thought is the case. Looking from the entire historical development, The Marx's justice thought is the product of the capitalism time. It is a great thought achievement for meet the need of the time, specially the needs of proletariat revolution struggle in the historical conditions of the capitalism rapid development, of the society huge transformation and of the human to faced with the enormous challenge; Looking from the theory source and course, Marx's justice thought taken the western culture as the back ground of, is rooted in outstanding cultural tradition of this land.In the Marx's literatures, the narration on the idea of justice is divided into three steps. First of all, the criticizing of injustice of the capitalist society which enable to the emergence of justice thought have greatly practical significance. Secondly, revealing the development and changing of social, it provided the basis of the methodology for the sake of forming of justice thought. Finally, it achieved exceeding of justice thought according to the construction of idea of justice.Compare with other theories, the justice thought of The Marx have the significant features. This text takes in four aspects to elaborate, such as reality nature, innovative nature, critical nature and historical spirit…etc…. In China, with the increasingly deepening social changing, the problem of the justice is becoming a topic facing and pondering urgently. Correcting understanding of the ideas of justice have great practical significance to build socialism with Chinese characteristics, build socialism with harmonious society, develop correctly comply with healthy roads and achieve further social justice.
