Research On The Reform Of Urban Management And Law Enforcement System In Hunan Province

With accelerated process of urbanization in China,the urbanization rate has improved significantly.Urban management has become the focus of the work of the city.Urban administrative and law enforcement provides important support for urban management,because it's means and effectiveness play an important role in the play of city's function.There are a lot of problems in China's urban administrative and law enforcement system now.Breaking system barriers has become the focus of attention of the government,but also the new era of urban management of the new proposition.The author finds that the urban administrative and law enforcement system of Hunan Province shorts for legal basis,lacks of appropriate protection by using literature analysis methods,empirical research methods,combined with the practical experience of the author.Learn from the advanced experience of other city at home and abroad,the author further puts forward a “special—comprehensive” law enforcement mode,After the establishment of an urban management and supervision bureau,we need to speed up legislation about urban administrative and law enforcement and strengthen the supervision of it.In addition,we should change our management concept and optimize the means and technology to improve urban management and law enforcement.Under the new situation,the government reform requires further decentralization,so we need to putting the power to the market and the third sector.Therefore,this paper also proposed to rely on multi force to reduce the difficulty of city management and law enforcement in city management reform and improve the efficiency of law enforcement.We are to sort out interdepartmental relations of Hunan province city management and law enforcement system,and promote the reform of urban management and law enforcement.
