Design And Implementation Of County E-government Service Platform Based On Process-driven

With the economic globalization and the rapid development of Internet,electronic information technology,increasingly penetrated into every aspect of social life,profoundly changing the way we work and lifestyle,but also to the traditional government management mode has brought a revolution.E-government will of the government's own organization structure,operation mode,working mechanism and behavior patterns as well as the relationship between the government and other entities have a significant and far-reaching influence.Existing e-government systems are mainly concentrated in large and medium-sized cities,and its function is given priority to with information disclosure,the district of the city e-government system is still at the early stage,each WeiBanJu,institutional units at the same time have their own business information system construction,due to reasons such as administrative barriers,physical isolation,cause it's hard to do these systems interconnection,forming a "information island",the user to conduct a business,often need to run back and forth multiple departments,which makes the government service has low working efficiency,the evaluation of some problemsBasis based on previous research results and project development,this paper for a county-level city in hunan province,from the aspects of financial audit,balance of payments,certification requirements analysis,architecture design,database design and detailed design is given,using open source workflow engine as process driven engine,e-government service platform was realized.This system has the following characteristics:1.Using the open source workflow engine as a process driven engine,to achieve a rapid e-government service platform of message delivery,such as financial audit module platform drives the engine through the process,standardize business processes,timely business information,business news pushed to the processing department and processing personnel,greatly speeding up the information the speed of circulation in various sectors,improve business process efficiency;2.business system of e-government service platform bureaus,establishments of seamless,realize the system and platform of data sharing,information sharing,business affairs truly realize the "one-stop" management;3.Platform certification printing module the pure electronic business document print mode,changed the previous mode of handwritten documents,improve the security and normative documents 4 Platform statistical analysis module through a wealth of chart display,you can let the leadership of the rapid,real-time understanding of business management,the platform has an intuitive understanding of the operation of the situation.This system has good scalability,portability and reusability.System testing and commissioning results show that the system is safe,reliable,stable and can meet the demand of the district e-government in all kinds of business,government services and improve the work efficiency,has the very good usability and application promotion value.
