Non-profit organization as a public welfare organization serving the public and the government,plays an important role in the development of our country.The government and profit organizations are different from non-profit organizations is that the operation of the whole project usually bases on the public society volunteers who are the majority of the staffs except a handful of professional social workers and the management team.They integrate related resources;operate systematic volunteer service activities in a certain period and budget in order to satisfy the specific needs of project's target of assistance in a specific period by analysis the problem and individual characteristics of them.However,in view of the characteristics of volunteer service and spontaneous free,non-profit organizations are often faced with low management efficiency of volunteer team,volunteers in the project service enthusiasm decline,lack of sense of responsibility,the frequent movement of personnel,and serious brain drain problem.The root that causes the emergence of all kinds of problems is that incentive system of non-profit organizations in the implementation of the project for volunteers,a special group,usually is not perfect,not scientific.This article is based on the problems that exist in the volunteer incentive system of non-profit organization project at present.Take the HNLL project of LLAX as an example;it explores how to correct the problems in the volunteer incentive system of non-profit organization project,aiming to provide reference of experience for the establishment and improvement of volunteer incentive system of non-profit organization by individual case.The main contents as follows:1,Explore the type and incentive system of volunteers in the non-profit organization project,and to analyze the present situation of the incentive system for volunteers of HNLL project,to find the problems in material incentive and non-material incentive of HNLL volunteer project.2,Explore the improvement project of the incentive system of volunteers in HNLL projects.And get enlightenment from the successful experience of the incentive system of volunteers in non-profit organizations at home and abroad,to ensure the principle of the incentive system of volunteers in HNLL projects.Find countermeasures of the incentive system of volunteers in HNLL projects from the perspective of the material incentive and non-material incentive during the different period of the project,and provide adequate internal and external guarantee for its implementation.
