The existence and development of Non-profit organization need the attendance of the volunteers, which are the specific and important human resources in these non-profit organization. Nowadays, with the fast development of the volunteer services, the group of volunteers becomes bigger and bigger, the importance of which appears obvious. However, the management of the volunteers still needs further improvement, and the research on this is still on its way. We will discuss this and find the principle and practical significance.This article will analyze the present condition of the volunteer services, based on the characteristics of the non-profit organization, the volunteers and this service. We'll find the objective and the subjective of the problems, and make some suggestions according to the analysis of the difficulty of managing the volunteers at present. Explore the managing way of the volunteers' organization by emotion mangement principle.
