How through the efforts of the government, social organizations and individuals to provide financial elderly population, appropriate care service is coping with an aging crisis fundamental way.This paper uses a variety of methods telephone surveys, literature research, explore the status and needs of the residents of Sichuan pension services, and proposes countermeasures to solve the problem.The study found respondents have the most urgent demand of pension services in health care, guided exercise, life care, leisure, entertainment, and so on. In the aspect of pension mode choice tendency mainly tend to the community endowment pattern of house and home-based care. Age, level of education, place of residence has significant effects on the pension mode choice tendency. The study found that respondents pension service industry overall satisfaction rate is not high, lack of public services, the supply of resources endowment, pension institutions are more problems, the larger pension services Situation and the masses demand gap, care service development is immense.Sichuan pension services problems of universal service in the field of pension.
